Terms

Lineup is subscription software for barbershops. By using the service you agree to these terms and to use Lineup lawfully.

Client payments and payment records. Lineup does not process customer payments, charge client cards, hold funds, or send payouts. Clients pay barbers directly using the methods the shop or barber accepts, and barbers may record completed payments in Lineup. Any fees charged by external payment providers are separate from Lineup.

Trial. Every plan includes a 30-day full-feature trial with no card required. After the trial, choose Solo ($15/mo for 1 bookable barber) or Shop ($29/mo including 2 bookable barbers, plus $8/mo for each additional bookable barber) to keep your booking page live. If a trial ends without subscription, your booking page may go offline until you activate a plan.

Billing. Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe. You authorize recurring charges for your selected plan and active bookable barber seats.

Cancellation. You may cancel any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Acceptable use. Do not misuse Lineup, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain unpaid after notice.

Liability. Lineup is provided as is to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
