Does Lineup take client payments?

No. Barbers collect payment directly through their own methods and record payments in Lineup.

What counts as an additional barber?

A barber who needs to take appointments through your shop's booking page. Owners and front-desk staff who do not take bookings are included.

What happens when my trial ends?

You can choose Solo ($15/month) or Shop ($29/month for two barbers, plus $8/month per additional barber) in Billing. The trial does not require a credit card upfront.

Can I add or remove barbers later?

Yes. Toggle whether a barber is bookable on your public page anytime from Team. Adding or removing a bookable barber beyond the 2 included seats updates your subscription automatically with prorated billing.

Do my clients need to create an account to book?

No. Clients book from their phone using your shop link with their name and email or phone.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No contract. Month to month on paid plans. Cancel any time from Billing.
